Client Project Feeback Surveys

When we complete a project, we send out what we call our Project Completion Survey. We do this as a way to measure customer satisfaction with three important areas:

  1. To assess the quality of our work by those who have to use it on a continuing basis.
  2. To assess the quality of our service (how well we interact with our clients) by those who have worked with us.
  3. To ensure that our clients feel that they are getting what they paid for, monetary wise.
At the end of each survey, we ask if the client would mind if we shared their responses. Below you will find survey responses from the clients who had opted to allow us to share their experiences.

Robert O'Rourke

Project Description

For Robert, we moved several of his accounts from his old provider to his own private dedicated server. Some sites were very busy sites, so it was important to do the move with as little downtime as possible. The sites themselves experienced zero downtime, while email traffic had some minor interruption due to the switch, but nothing that was unexpected, or out of the ordinary.

How well would you say our completed project met your expectations?
Better than expected

If you would care to elaborate on your response to the previous question, please do so here:
I expected more down time during a server switch but the actual switch was quite seamless.
