For this reason, all clients will have the oppertunity to obtain a Joomla Upgrade Subscription at a 20% discounted rate.

There are two categories of rates for both Joomla itself, and extensions installed outside of my normal setup. The first category is for clean installations, and the other is for installations with modifications to the origional source code.
